Fire Rated Carpet is a brand that provides high-quality fire-resistant carpeting and installation services in Dubai and the UAE. We aim to deliver all our products in the best conditions and to all standards of safety and design. Nevertheless, in case of a refund or exchange, our system is made easy, hassle free, and safe.

Return Eligibility Conditions

We receive and order return or replacement requests in the following cases:

Incorrect Delivery:

In case you are given a carpet that is not what you ordered, our team will make sure to correct it immediately at no extra expense. We will offer an appropriate replacement or full refund depending on the case.

Defective Carpet:

In case your fire-rated carpet comes with visible defects, damage, or does not meet the required specifications, you can ask to have them replaced or refunded after our inspection and approval procedure.

Untouched Products:

Change of decision returns are only accepted when the product is not used, installed, or available in the original packaging. The requests should be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

Cases that are not eligible to be returned include the following:

Customized Carpets

Custom-made, specially designed, or tailored carpets that are specially cut to meet your project requirements cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing error or mistake from our side.

Clearance Sale Items:

Products bought in a promotional sale or clearance sale cannot be returned unless they are discovered to be damaged at the time of delivery.

Already Utilized Carpets

A carpet that has been laid down or used cannot be returned. The exceptions are only applicable in case defects are detected before or during installation.

How Does the Return Process Work?

If you want to return the carpet, you must follow these steps:

Step 1: Customer Support.

Contact our support team either by phone (+971 54 431 4123) or email (info@fireratedcarpet.ae), and give your order details and the reason why you want to return.

Step 2: Authorization Approval Return.

We will consider your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number to continue.

Step 3: Secure Packaging

Repackage the product in its original package with all its accessories and documentation, and ensure that the RA number is clearly visible.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement Process.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will then do the refund or replacement. The refund is usually done in 7 to 10 working days, and the replacement process is completed as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Our Responsibility:

In case the return is a result of a flawed carpet or wrong delivery, Fire Rated Carpet will pay all the shipping fees.

Customer Responsibility:

If the customer wishes to return the carpet on his own, then the customer will have to pay the shipping charges.
